This unit replaces the magazine base plate and retains all other factory components. The grip extension does not alter the capacity of the magazine. Made to work with the factory SMITH & WESSON 10 round magazines. Designed to provide better comfort and control by adding approximately 3/4" of gripping surface. These extensions will only fit the BODYGUARD 2.0 in .380 cal. 10 round magazines.
